The University of London is happy to announce the opening of a brand new self-catered Intercollegiate Hall of Residence this September!

Eleanor Rosa House is located in an up-and-coming area of Stratford, east London. It is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Westfield Stratford shopping centre and the London Underground Stratford station – a transport hub with frequent connections to central London and Stansted Airport.

Stratford is a great part of London to explore, but you’ll also benefit from a vibrant social atmosphere and a supportive community right at home in Eleanor Rosa House. Our dedicated residential life team, who all live in the hall, have an exciting programme of welcome events to help you make friends from day one, and social events continue all through the year – with something to appeal to everyone. Residents in our halls often tell us their closest friends at uni are those they share halls with. You’ll be calling Eleanor Rosa “home” before you know it! And if you get sick, have a conflict, or just feel a bit lost – we’re here to help. At Eleanor Rosa House, you get so much more than just a room to sleep in.

Each en-suite room is located in a flat and comes with a small double bed, spacious work area and plenty of storage. The kitchen/living area is shared with your fellow flatmates (between 4-8 people) and if you have friends who are also looking for accommodation, we can allocate all of you to the same flat!
