Our en suite rooms have now sold out, but please get in touch to join our waiting list. We still have some fantastic two bed apartments available, or why not upgrade to your very own studio. They are perfect for individuals or couples to share – with no additional fees to pay! You’ll get your own small double bed, plenty of storage space and an en suite shower room. In your kitchen you’ll find a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and microwave plus ironing boards and vacuum cleaners – taking all the hassle out of moving in.

We also have a laundry room, cycle store and luggage area. Plus all the studios and shared kitchen/living areas have their own TV included. And don’t worry we’ve got the TV licences covered too, so you can just sit back and catch up on those soaps or watch a film with friends!

What’s more, as you’d expect from Fresh Student Living; All bills are included in the rent, as is free 100MB wifi and contents insurance, plus CCTV and on site security to keep you safe.

Located on Radford Street we’re just 9 minutes’ walk from the University Of Sheffield and all the entertainment of the city is right on your doorstep. Sheffield Hallam University is also within easy reach by foot.
