For those looking for a studio, they’re perfect if you want to share as a couple, as we don’t charge you any extra – our prices are per studio per week, not per person – making it a great value option. Plus, if you are lucky enough to grab one of our upper floor rooms, there are some amazing views across the City too.

All bills are included as well as free 100Mbps broadband and contents insurance. if you’re a sporty type and can’t bear to miss out on the action, you can even get sky sports in your room from just £12.49 per month with StudentCom!

When you feel like catching up with friends (or making new ones) there are amazing social spaces to enjoy too, including quiet study spaces, a project room and an outdoor courtyard. The Merrion Centre is 20 minutes walk away, and our top tip for close by entertainment is The Light; offering a variety of food and drink places under one roof – as well as a cinema!
