Central Park Towers, Plymouth

Central Park Towers is purpose built student accommodation. The building is made up of 203 stylish studio apartments which have wooden flooring throughout and are finished to a high standard. Each flat has its own kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob and washer dryer built in, and bathroom with shower. The apartments are fully furnished with desk, 2 wardrobes, shelving, table and chairs and futon bed. Each flat also benefits from a video phone entry system for added security.

Worried that by living in a studio apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom you will be isolated? This won’t happen in Central Park Towers, the building has a common room with Sky TV, Pool Table and vending machines for everyone to use. There is also a gaming pad and two meeting rooms available to use free of charge! Join in the freshers week fun and get to know your neighbours through a series of events.

We offer car parking and bike storage sheds for rent and rent also includes broadband. The Office is open Monday to Friday 9-5 for any queries or problems and there is a warden on site 24/7 to let you back into your flat if you get locked out or to assist with any problems you have out of office hours. We also have a maintenance man on site Monday to Friday to assist with any issues in your flat.

Central Park Towers is just minutes from the University, City Centre and Train Station and is opposite Central Park. It is also a 5 minute walk to Mutley Plain, a popular student area with shops, bars and restaurants. This really is the perfect location for work rest and play.
