Situated close to the city centre, Cathedral Street Apartments is home to 94 students every academic year. The block offers a wide range of apartments ranging from 2-6 bedrooms.

Each room will contain either a single or double bed (depending on apartment type), under bed storage, shelving, wardrobe, full length mirror, sink and a desk and chair. You will have access to a newly fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washer dryer and electric oven.

We have recently invested £70k into a state of the art broadband installation offering students up to 40Mbps!! There is a wide screen TV in the shared lounge and comfy sofas to make your stay with us that more homely + from Sept 2015 – APPLE TV IN EVERY FLAT!!!! In addition to all of this, there are NO FEEs and NO DEPOSIT!!

The main university campus is just a 15 minute walk away and the shops, restaurants and galleries of the city centre are even closer for you.

Your rent will include all utilities (gas, water, electricity), contents insurance, wireless broadband and TV License (for the lounge TV only).
