New Park welcomed its first residents in September 2017. The building is one of the newest student accommodation communities in Edinburgh and offers 238 rooms with a combination of shared flats and studio apartments.

All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, large beds, study areas and plenty of storage. In addition, each studio includes a wall mounted television. You can also socialise in our excellent communal spaces which include a games area, cinema room and study room.

We run regular social events so you can get to know other students and feel part of a great student community.
