For students attending the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, or RNCM, our MSV South property may just be the right accommodation for you! Not only is it situated a short distance away from the main campuses (you can reach campus in a 5-10 minute bus ride), but it’s also close by to the famous Curry Mile, ready for you to take advantage of when you want to take time out from studying!

All room types are en-suite and are set in either 3, 4 or 6 bedroom flats. We offer a variety of room types so you can select a room that best suits you, ranging from single to double rooms.

We also have a dedicated Residential Life Team who offer an events calendar at the site, with competitions and student wellbeing events being held throughout the year.

The site is manned by the in house Accommodation Team who are on hand Monday to Friday to offer you support and advice. It gives you that extra peace of mind when staying with us, knowing there’s someone available to speak to.
