Each shared flat has a fully equipped stylish kitchen, with a breakfast bar and bar stools making it easier for everyone to have breakfast together. The communal area has contemporary leather sofas seated nicely in front of the flat screen TV. Bringing your car or bike to University? No need to stress over parking, we have car parking at the front of the building along with bike storage for cyclists! During the summer you can enjoy the sun and BBQs in the picnic/garden area.

Location…

The best thing about this property is the location! It is a short walk to the University of Manchester and a 10 minute walk to the business school. Just a hop, skip and a jump down the road is the Curry mile (a mile of takeaways) offering up the best student deals on food. Students are also close to the bars on Oxford road, where you can find the well-known Dog bowl a bowling alley with a New York style diner!

There are plenty of bus stops for our students to get around Manchester city and to the different tourist hot spots, such as Old Trafford, Museum of science and industry and the Trafford centre, which is one of the largest shopping centres in the UK.
