We are now inviting all undergraduates, postgraduates and international students looking to study in Sunderland to exclusively apply to be our first residents.

As you can imagine, we have been inundated with enquiries and now we are able to confirm the rooms that are being released in this first stage.

We have a selection of spacious one bedroom apartments and studios. All our rooms come with en suite and walk in dressing rooms as standard, something which is unheard of in student accommodation.

Rooms will be reserved on a first come first book basis,

Jopling House, invites undergraduates, postgraduates and international students and are open to all students from Sunderland, Newcastle and Durham Universities and colleges.

All prices include utilities, contents insurance and wifi.

All residents get complimentary free 24 hours access to our brand new communal areas, which includes, private gym, yoga room/dance studio, cinema rooms, conferencing and private study rooms, lounges, communal kitchens, gaming rooms, leisure and entertainment suites, and much much more.
