Mark Royal House, Belfast

The Mark Royal House is a newly opened luxury Student accommodation in the heart of Belfast City centre open to all students. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There are connectors for internet and TV Each floor has a communal kitchen which you would share with other people from your floor.

Each kitchen has fridge freezers, microwaves, ovens, hobs and a TV and the all usual’s. All finished to a very high standard as we only opened in September 2015. Each floor has a dedicated student liaison living on site for any help or questions you may have, while we have a staff member on site Monday to Friday for any queries or even just a chat.

The Mark Royal House is excellently located in Belfast City Centre with less than 1 min walk to Ulster University, 2 mins walk to the Cathedral Quarter, 4 mins to CastleCourt shopping centre, 7 mins walk to City Hall for buses and transport and just over 20mins walk to the Titanic Centre.
