The Foundry, Newcastle

The Foundry is an ideal accommodation for students both from Newcastle University and Northumbria University. It takes only 3 minutes’ walk to Nothumbria University and 8 minutes’ walk to Newcastle University City central campus with easy transportation by metro or buses.

Room types vary from En-suites to Studios. There are two types of en-suites, which are 4 people flat and 8 people flat. Each flat is facilitated a spacious kitchen and communal area for students to cook and socialise. Washing machine and dryer are also provided in each communal area in the flats. High speed WIFI and broadband is covered throughout the whole building.

Our 24 on-site staff (English and Mandarin) in The Foundry and maintenance team will help the students to solve their problems anytime. There are various social activities in the building like parties and career training sessions.
