Topps is located in the heart of Regency Square in three beautifully restored Regency period listed-buildings, and a short distance to all the main attractions. Only 1 minute away from Preston Street (Brighton’s China town), 03 minutes to the super markets, 5 minutes to Churchill Square Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to Brighton train station and Bus Stops 02 minutes away. All Clubs, bars and restaurants are close to your door step.

Topps has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. Most of our generously sized en-suite guestrooms have been renovated to a very high modern standard. Features include: flat-screen TVs with Freeview, comfortable new beds and well appointed bathrooms. A number of our rooms overlook Regency Square and have views of the sea. Rooms also include: Superfast WiFi (up to 200 MB), air conditioning units, and room cleaning services weekly. All tenants benefit from our free laundry services and a shared communal kitchen & common area. CCTV and onsite maintenance services are available for your safety and convenience.

Standard Single Room
Standard Single rooms comprise of 12-13m2. The rooms offer a self contained space as well as a large common room and kitchen with shared luxury services all at a very competitive price.

Our Small Double
All the room types are En-suite in the Topps Studio. The small double are from 15-16m2. A microwave and fridge is included in each room, making life more convenient. There is also a shared kitchen space and common area.

Standard Double Room
Room sizes range from 17-19m2. The rooms are En-suite with shower, Tea Point with microwave, fridge, double bed and the Laundry service is free for all tenants in the Topps. Bedding is changed weekly. The Shared kitchen and common area offer you the chance to meet up and socialise.

Premium En- Suite
Topps offers a premium student life style. The rooms have space which ranges from 26-32 m2. Rooms all include a Wide – flat TV, air-conditioning unit, spacious bathroom, high speed internet, double bed, microwave, Fridge and a weekly cleaning service with new bedding. All you need is to sit back, relax and concentrate on your studies.

Standard Studio
Standard studios are from 19m2. Rooms are En-Suite with shower, desk, 2/3 bed and fitted kitchen.

Premium Studio
These are a perfect choice for a premium student life style. Large room, Flat TV, High speed internet, desk, double bed, En-suite, fitted kitchen and weekly room cleaning service. All bills are included. And we aim to ensure you only need worry about your Studies.
