Unilife, Park House, Southampton

Park House is our newest property in Southampton. Our Park House student accommodation looks out onto one of the Southampton’s most beautiful parks and for this reason lots of students love it. As well as stylish studio accommodation for individuals, couples or friends (who want to share a studio) the building also has fantastic communal areas, including a large common room, gym, laundry room and two quiet study rooms.

In addition, residents will benefit from the use of Netflix (available in all studios), a free coffee machine and a weekly cleaning service.

The building is situated right in the city centre just minutes from Southampton Solent University and just a short bus ride to the University of Southampton campus via the Unilink bus service. Being right in the city means that there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants for residents to enjoy. West Quay shopping centre is also very close by which boasts a large variety of designer shops.

Southampton has excellent transport links, with National Express and a train station servicing connections to London, Gatwick airport and Heathrow airport. Just outside the city, Southampton Airport provides good connections to Europe.
