We’ve now taking bookings for Coventry’s newest and best student accommodation, with a move in date of 9th January. Your course may be delayed or you may be studying virtually until you’re back at University in January. If so then perfect timing as we’re accepting bookings now!

Looking for somewhere from September? Our other property in Coventry, Trinity View, has limited availability with check-in from September.

Where you want to be

New for the start of the Spring Semester from 9th January 2021, The Engine Room is our brand spanking new student accommodation in Coventry. It’s our second property in Coventry so you’ll already be part of an amazing community. A very short walk from Coventry University campus, the city’s main shops, and the major bus routes to Warwick University (well, that’s handy).

Find the space for you

Everyone’s different. So whether you want a smaller ensuite bedroom in a shared apartment or something a little bigger (our rooms go up to a spacious 27m2) we can accommodate you. Whichever you choose, you’ll get a comfy small double bed, study area, superfast broadband, and use of all the incredible facilities on-site (more on that later). Every room also comes with its very own fully kitted out ensuite. So you can hop out of bed and into the shower. No queuing, no lugging your wash bag around, and no quibbles about cleaning.

Our shared flats have a kitchen/diner and living space, with a free to use washer/dryer, dishwasher, huge fridge/freezer, and plenty of space to relax in front of the TV (yes we provide this too!) with your flatmates.

Spaces to share

There’s plenty to keep you busy in Coventry but it’s not only the city that has a lot to offer. Need a gym? We’ve a free one on-site. Want to hang out with friends? You’ll find spaces to study as well as a TV Snug, Games Zones, and even a Private Entertaining Dining Kitchen which you can book out for exclusive use or share with your other residents. So you’ve just the place for a get-together, party, or maybe a Mexican night. Nacho, anyone?

Secure fob entry, CCTV and someone on-site 24/7 (as well as putting your parents’ minds at rest, they can let you in at 3am when you’ve forgotten your keys).
