Private residential halls for students – Great accommodation around the country
One of the regular features we return to on the Private Halls blog is the impressive quality of residential halls for students that are available.
However, from some recent coverage in the national press it may appear that most of the luxury private halls are found in London but that is not strictly speaking the case.
All university towns and cities in the UK have excellent provision of quality private residential halls for students that offer high levels of rental accommodation.
This has been underlined to us by a recent story of some new private halls of residence that have opened in Leeds that, as the article makes clear, makes other university digs look like a ‘squat’.
There cannot be many private halls where there is a top hatted doorman to greet residents and visitors alike at an enviable address in the city centre!

For many former students the level of quality on offer is simply lavish and bears little resemblance to what many people would believe student accommodation is.
The developers have spent around £15 million to provide ‘superior quality’ student accommodation and this is an excellent top end development.
